PART I In Part I, we will work to gain an understanding of the vibrant small business sector, the entrepreneurial process of new venture creation, methods of self-assessment and the means of preparing one's self for small business ownership. We will also consider the issues arising out of different organizational forms and entrepreneurial modes of entry. Finally, we will introduce general management theory and lay the groundwork for the development of the business plan.
