GENERAL 

All book titles are supplied as soft cover unless specified otherwise. Prices listed do not include Shipping and Handling charges or 5% GST (Canadian Purchases) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Books are sent third-class mail. Other delivery methods are available for an additional charge. US$ prices apply to all orders outside Canada.

Payments must accompany orders. A pro-forma invoice can be issued upon request. However, we cannot ship your order until payment has been received. We will only invoice bookstores that have established an account with Captus Press Inc. Please send an email to sales@captus.com for information about establishing an account.
METHODS OF PAYMENT 

We accept payment by cheques (must be drawn on a Canadian or US bank), international money orders or bankdrafts. Please make payable to Captus Press Inc.

Visa or MasterCard payments are accepted for all methods of ordering. Please supply Card holder Name, Card Number and Card Expiry Date.

PAYMENT POLICY
NSF (Not Sufficient Fund) cheques are subject to a $20.00 service fee, with the remainder of your account balance to be paid by CERTIFIED CHEQUE, VISA, MASTERCARD or CASH only.
HOW TO ORDER

To order any of our products (except journals or multimedia learning), find the catalogue listing of what you wish to order and and add it to your shopping basket. Fill out the shopping basket order form (for books and software) or the subscription order form (for journals), and send it to us by one of the following methods (Note: we only accept online/fax/phone/email orders with VISA or MASTERCARD payment. A proforma invoice will be issued if VISA or MASTERCARD information is not provided). For multimedia learning, separate order forms and instructions are provided with each multimedia course
