Obtain User ID & Password

Please note that in order to obtain your UserID and Password to the CCHRA Exam Prep course, you must first register in the course.

Note that it may take up to one working day to process your registration.

Please enter the Confirmation Code you received when you registered for the course.
(note: The confirmation code starts with your last name. If your last name contains an apostrophe, please omit it)

If you don't have your Confirmation Code, and it has been at least one full business day since your registration, then click here to have it emailed to you

If your User ID & Password does not appear above, it may be due to one or both of the following reasons:

  1. You have entered incomplete or incorrect information above . Please check it carefully.
  2. It has been less than 1 working day since you registered for access to the course on this website. Please wait.

If none of the above reasons apply, please email support@captus.com. Describe the problem in your email giving your name and/or confirmation code you entered above, and identify the course in which you have registered. Also provide a contact phone number(s).

Please do not put in a duplicate registration as this will slow down the process.
